Administration - Hands
on support for the company's total computing and communication needs which

and developing and maintaining NT network of IBM pc's, a Mac network and a Toshiba
PBX phone system.
- Must

Firmware
Design Engineers - BSEE/MSEE
or BSCS/MSCS required.
- 5
Years experience in: a) Assembly programming, preferably 8051 family, b) Digital
Circuit Design in the area of ADC, DAC, MUX, LCD driver, EPLDs, Embedded Controllers.
c) Digital Circuit Simulation.
- Familiarity
with 'C' is a plus.
Software
Design Engineers - Write
Programs for Embedded Microcontrollers including Intel C51.

Must know assembly and
'C'.
- Familiarity
with RS232 and 485 serial communications desired.
- Instrumentation
design background preferred.
- Must
have excellent communication skills.
- BSEE/MSEE
or BSCS/MSCS required.
Visual
Basic Programmer - Visual
Basic Programmer with minimum of 3 years experience writing applications for end
users-Industrial Software.
- Knowledge
of COM, DCOM, and Networking is a plus.
- BSCS
with high GPA is preferred.
Hardware
Design Engineers - Must
have solid experience designing analog and digital circuits preferably for process
control knowledge of instruments.
- Knowledge
of ASIC design is a plus
- Develop
new products utilizing new technologies.
- Opportunity

Mechanical
Design Engineer - Must
be an expert with AutoCad ver.14.
- Have
minimum of 4 to 5 years experience with mechanical design.

Strong educational background
(preferably a BSME/MSME degree).
Test
Engineer - Design
test equipment for testing both hardware and software.

- Knowledgeable
in both ôfunctionalö and ôin circuitö testing.
- Contribute
to new product design engineering.
- Knowledge
of Q Basic and Visual Basic is required.
- BSEE
or equivalent required.
PCB Designer
- Must be an expert
with Accel, EDA or PCAD Version 8 Plus software.
- Must
have a minimum of 4 to 5 years experience designing multilayer PC boards featuring
Analog & Digital circuitry, and SMT & through-hole components.

AutoCad experience, PC
board designing for EMC, and strong educational background (preferably a AS Degree
or better), and excellent grades are all a plus.
Electronics Technicians
- Solid understanding
of analog and digital circuits.
- Must
have hands-on experience bread boarding/troubleshooting analog & digital circuits.
AA in Electronics preferred.
Inventory
Control Manager - Must
be experienced in managing all aspects of materials and inventory for an electronic
instrumentation manufacturer.
- Must
be very knowledgeable in purchasing, material control, production scheduling and
MRP
Planner/Scheduler
- Must have experience
in scheduling electronic assembly production and planning the purchase of components.

A.P.I.C.S. certified or
equivalent preferred.
Office
Administrator - Must
have solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office Æ97.

Requires minimum of 3
yrs experience in a mid-size, Hi-Tech Co.
- Hands
on experience with Human Resources and recruiting procedures.

Good organization, written
and communication skills.
- Will
provide support and assistance to the Human Resources Dept., Managers and Operations
Managers.
- AA
or BA preferred
EMC
Lab Director - Manage/Direct
CE Compliance Lab.
- Must
be knowledgeable of CE, EMI, and EMC testing, calibration and repair of instrumentation.

Must have knowledge of
ISO 10012, 45662A, NAVLAP, NMAS Certification processes.

Must have Technical Degree.

Background in Customer
Service preferred.
